We ship via USPS, which takes 3-7 business days to deliver depending on where you live.
Your order is packed in our warehouse in Bloomfield Hills, MI and sent on the next business day. If we run into any issues or delays, we'll be sure to give you a friendly call or email right away.
Are you sending as a gift? Please let us know in the order comments and provide us with a separate shipping address (versus just your billing address) if needed.

Must be made with in 30 days from purchase date. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
